How soon can you visit?

Engineer visits are arranged at a mutually convenient time. Appointments are made during weekdays between 8am and 4pm. We will contact you by phone and/or email to agree a convenient time and date.

What will it cost?

The cost is dependent on location, and whether it is a diagnostic call out, labour charge and/or parts. If it is possible to repair your machine during the 1st callout visit, we will do so. If new parts are required, we will quote for the parts plus labour for the second visit. Payment is required at the time of booking.

What if new parts are needed?

No problem! We take care of all the details for you, including ordering of parts and arranging a time to return and fit them.

What if I decide not to have it repaired?

You are under no obligation to have the machine fixed! In this instance, you will only be charged for the initial callout.

How do I pay?

BACS or by card by calling our office. Payment to be made at the time of booking.

Can I cancel the visit?

You can cancel the booking at any time, we just ask for as much notice as possible. If you cancel on the day of the visit, or have asked us to order parts for you prior to cancelling, you may still be liable for the cost of these parts, and the callout.

Do I need to wait in all day for the Engineer?

We group appointments into geographical areas and our Engineers’ routes are managed to ensure we comply with road safety guidelines. We will do our best to arrive within a 2 hour time slot of the allotted appointment, so there is no need to wait around all day.

What if the problem can’t be fixed?

Most faults can be fixed, but in some cases it is simply not cost effective to repair a machine. If we feel you could be throwing good money by having the machine repaired, we will tell you and explain why. If you decide your machine is beyond economic repair, our Engineer may be able to help you find a suitable replacement to suit your fitness routine and budget.

Can you take my old machine away if I decide not to have it fixed?

If there is room on the van we will be happy to oblige at the time of our visit, or may arrange with you to collect at a future date. We do charge for the disposal of a machine, so please contact us if this is something you require.
