Service & Repairs

At Gymcare Southwest we look after all aspects of commercial and domestic fitness equipment, providing servicing, repairs and maintenance support to individuals, businesses and schools.

Commercial equipment

We provide a full gym maintenance service to help keep your equipment operational and functioning safely; each item of equipment and all components are fully inspected and tested, any defects are highlighted and a repair plan is offered. A full report detailing all work carried out is provided.

If you have a single piece of equipment which is faulty, we will diagnose, and can supply and replace defective and worn parts on all CV and resistance equipment, including plastic coated wire cables which we can repair on-site.

We offer a repair or replacement service for all upholstery, with a variety of colours available. All upholstery repairs take place off-site.

Domestic equipment

Gymcare Southwest undertakes the servicing, maintenance and repairs of domestic fitness equipment, such as treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and resistance equipment.

If your equipment requires a repair, we do our best to diagnose the issue over the phone, but some faults will require us to look at the machine first, before offering you the most practical and cost-effective repair solution.

Refurbishment

Refurbishment can include new paintwork and powder coating, with a range of colours available. Upholstery recovering or supplying new. We can service the equipment and supply and fit any mechanical parts required.
